Why our grandparents were more attractive than us

Our ancestors didn't need orthodontists. They all had forward jaws, breathed through their noses, had upright posture and hydrated fascia. These weren't genetic gifts, they were outputs of daily habits that never changed. Then modern life rewrote those habits: Soft diets pulled chewing load off the jaw. Cushioned shoes blocked the foot's natural function. Screens locked the head forward. Mouth breathing became the default. The body adapts to the habits it is given. What people attribute to genetics is just decades of the wrong inputs. Fix the habits and everything else will follow.

because photos used to have poor resolution

Photos of Victorians do not show that our ancestors were universally more attractive in the recent past, even if there are more obviously deformed people today. Imo looking at old photos, it looks like average looks peaked in the 1950s

That's why everyone should be on carnivore diet

That’s what you get when you nitpick

I disagree, since people actually aged faster and worse back then overall.

I’m sorry, but 16 year olds were just way more attractive in the 90s than they are today
