Why people used bronze mirrors in ancient times!

There is no such thing as a glass mirror, the glass is there to protect and keep flat a thin metal foil that sits behind it.

Coarse abrasive paper, ultra fine polishing paper, bronze restoration polishing compounds... You're trying to argue they did all these steps back in ANCIENT times??

How did they do it without the different compounds and materials?

Anyone that was in the NAVY can confirm this.

Also, glass was just glass. It wasn't until later that artisans worked out how to add the silver backing to glass that created the mirrors we use today.
