Good point. Platforms need to get it right as early as possible, because you start building up a legacy and technical debt that will slow you down as you scale. Continuous MVPs of features, that are under engineered help highlight use cases that need further attention.

True! As Platform Product Manager you must be really good to unterstand the big picture. Not just what each product might needs from you (e.g. a unified login experience), but also how they can work together (e.g. in terms of cross-selling).
