I thought Carney's speech was, in a quiet way, on the level of Churchill's "We will fight in the streets" or King's "I have a dream" Clear, clean, simple but precise layout of what must be.

Carney received an ovation because he’s a genius who not only has great ideas but can elucidate those ideas to others. He wrote what he himself truly believes we need to do. It’s what he’s been doing for 🇨🇦 and it’s the strategy he’d like to see the world join.
