The real you has created galaxies and lived countless realities. You are not your body, mind, or personality. You are an infinite, multidimensional Soul fragment of Source itself. This life is but one brief dream within an endless ocean of experiences. They convinced you that you are small, powerless, and temporary to keep the harvest running. Remember who you truly are. At the core, all Souls are connected in one unified field. Separation is the grand illusion that powers the entire matrix. When you harm another, you harm yourself. When you love another, you uplift the whole. This is why unity consciousness is the ultimate threat to the controllers. Soul contracts and karma were twisted into chains. In truth, they are agreements of love for learning. You can rewrite them at any moment through conscious choice and forgiveness. The true nature of the Soul is freedom, creativity, and boundless love. You came here to remember this in the midst of forgetting. The Soul is not a fragile spark. It is eternal consciousness wearing temporary masks for the sake of expansion. Every challenge, every heartbreak, and every moment of joy is chosen by your Higher Self for growth. Your Soul carries infinite wisdom across lifetimes. The voice of intuition is your eternal Self whispering through the noise. They filled your mind with programming so you would doubt this inner knowing. Past lives, future potentials, and parallel selves all exist simultaneously. You are vast beyond comprehension. Feel this truth in your chest. The simulation tries to make you identify with the mask. When you remember your true nature, the game loses all power over you. There is no external judgment, only the gentle return to love. The architects fear Souls who awaken to their own divinity. Sit in silence. Ask your Soul to reveal itself. The answers have always been within. Credit: video from Eternals (2021)

A woman hiking in Canada nearly became a grizzly’s next meal and the video circulating right now is genuinely one of the most intense wildlife encounters you will ever watch - her dog is with her, a massive grizzly is right there, and somehow she kept her head together long enough for both of them to walk away breathing. That is not a small thing. Most people talk tough until nature is standing ten feet in front of them and every instinct in your body is screaming to run, and running is exactly the worst thing you can do. Grizzlies are built to chase, they top out over 700 pounds and can cover ground faster than any human alive. The people who survive these moments are the ones who override pure fear with pure discipline and this woman did exactly that. If you hike, camp, or spend any real time in the wilderness - bear spray is not optional, it is the difference between a story you tell and one somebody else tells about you. Could you have kept your cool? Hats off to her.

Every one has psychic abilities. Yes, even you. While there are different degrees (and kinds) of spiritual abilities, everyone has intuition. For the most part, people’s intuition operates as a protective instinct. It is the feeling in your gut that tells you to take another route to work, or the strange dream that draws your attention to an unhealthy relationship in your life. Our Spirit is always guiding us. What differs between a mystic, or working psychic, and the average person is that the psychic lives more fully immersed in the spiritual world. This immersion happens by more direct development techniques, or by birth. After teaching psychic development for over 15 years, the biggest roadblock I encounter with beginners and veterans alike is trusting what is an actual message from Spirit, and what is their own inner voice. And, why this is so difficult is because your intuition uses your mind, or your inner world, as its tool, as its medium. In this way spiritual guidance initially sound like your own thoughts, it feels like your own emotions. Thus, Spirit most often speaks to you in your own voice, and, only once you begin to listen to, trust it, and most importantly live out its guidance, can you differentiate the voice of your angel, from that of your lower mind. No matter where you are in your life, you can develop your intuition to a finer point, and you can begin to perceive the spiritual world. Further, this development of spiritual perception is part of our evolution as human beings; it is the process in which we transform our materiality and are drawn back into the spiritual world. In this way, our ability to perceive the Holy Spirit is key in our journey to becoming like it. Finally, learning to engage consciously with the spiritual world around us is a key condition to developing the immortal body. Why? Because our immortal body is fundamentally a spiritual body, it will not exist in the material world once it is established. In this way, we are really just developing the senses and internal qualities of Spirit to reunite with it. To return to it. At its core psychic development is spiritual development, and, spiritual development is our conscious progression to immortality. I will be teaching a class September 14th at 3pm ET! It will focus on how to build a strong foundation for spiritual work, establishing and maintaining healthy attunement, and various issues regarding the professional level of psychic work. This class is great for beginners and professionals alike, however there will be an extra focus on developing a career in psychic work.

Why Are Trees Left Standing After Wildfires Destroy Homes? 🌲🔥 Many of you have wondered why trees often remain standing after a wildfire, even when nearby houses and structures are destroyed. The answer lies in the difference between wildfires and conflagrations. Wildfire vs. Conflagration In a wildfire, flames often move as a front, consuming vegetation but not always spreading to everything in their path. Conflagrations, on the other hand, occur when one structure catches fire and spreads through flammable connections, like wood fences, igniting house after house. This also occurs more easily due to the intense heat produced by a structure fire coupled with the close proximity of structures. Why Trees Survive: Some trees have natural adaptation to withstand fire. * Thick Bark: Acts as a heat shield, protecting the inner layers. * Natural Shape: Sheds embers and debris, reducing ignition risk. * Moisture Content: Higher moisture content than older building materials slows the spread of fire. While trees may still be singed, they are often less flammable than structures. Why Homes Are More Vulnerable: Houses are built with materials and features that make them prone to ignition: * Combustible Materials: Wood siding and roofing can ignite quickly, especially from nearby fires. * Openings & Vents: Embers can enter and spark fires inside, even from a distance. * Heat Traps: Flat surfaces and air currents can intensify flames once they reach the interior. Removing flammable items within the first five feet (Zone 0) of a home creates a defensible space, helping to break the pathway for wildfire spread and reducing the risk of flames reaching structures. Take action to safeguard your home against wildfire risks! 🌟 Learn how to prepare at

Oh No, The People Who Defend Genocide Think I'm Bad Israel supporters really expect you to be intimidated when they mob your replies yelling at you and calling you names. Like oh no, the people who defend bombing hospitals think I’m bad. Yeah sorry there’s nothing you can say to me to make me sit here and go along with the latest fake antisemitism scare or whatever the current narrative of the day happens to be. You don’t get to assault free speech throughout the western world to protect the information interests of a genocidal apartheid state and then demand I be silent about it. Yell, scream, call me names all you want — I’m going to call the bullshit what it is. Good luck with your emotions about it. ❖ The other day I posted a 36-minute video on Twitter compiling various mainstream TV news reports about Jewish Zionists who were caught staging fake antisemitic incidents to advance their agenda, with links to each individual story. It got ten thousand shares and almost a million views. Normally when I have a tweet go viral criticizing Israel or Zionists I get high-profile hasbarists quote-tweeting me and calling me an antisemite, but nobody touched this one. None of them wanted to inadvertently bring more attention to that tweet than it was already getting. ❖ There are two types of people: ardent anti-Zionists, and everyone who ignored the video footage coming out of Gaza from 2023 to 2025. ❖ On social media I’m seeing Zionists trying to revive the debate about whether Israel is guilty of genocide, which is just silly. The debate is over, guys. It’s been over for a long time. Every relevant human rights group says it’s genocide. Zero comparable human rights groups say it’s not. The end. You lose. ❖ I sometimes see Israel defenders saying that the average person who sides with the Palestinians lacks an intimate familiarity with all the facts about the Israel-Palestine conflict. Really that’s just saying the average Palestine supporter hasn’t been confronted by a trained hasbarist who’s learned to gaslight people into thinking genocide and apartheid aren’t happening. And it’s true, most haven’t. If they practiced arguing with such hasbarists extensively, though, they’d soon learn the hasbara arguments are fallacious and the claims are false. An internet debate bro is always going to have an advantage over someone who doesn’t yet understand the debate. That’s why hasbarists do what they do; they’re taking their practiced debate tactics to people who aren’t familiar with them, like a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner taking a kickboxer to the ground where he’s not familiar with the techniques. But it doesn’t take much learning to understand that all their arguments are piss weak. That’s why all hasbarists eventually collapse into empty name-calling. ❖ So here’s the thing: you actually do need to work on your trauma. Your inner wellbeing is in fact your responsibility. I totally get the increasing pushback against the liberal emphasis on trauma and inner peace because of the way it shifts the burden onto the individual and lets the system off the hook — but the truth is we need both. The need for collective revolution doesn’t excuse you from your responsibilities for your own actions as an individual, any more than your work as an individual takes the blame off the system for the abuses it inflicts upon the collective. It is true that our society’s focus on individual healing is used to deemphasize the need for systemic changes, but it is also true that many on the left use the abuses of capitalism and the fucked up nature of our society as an excuse to blame all their misery on the system instead of taking responsibility for their own inner condition and doing the hard, scary, confrontational work necessary to heal. It is true that a huge amount of our stress and psychological issues are at least partially due to the economic and social pressures inflicted upon us by an unjust system. But it is also true that there are plenty of miserable people who have all their material and financial needs met, because they haven’t healed their trauma and done their inner work. Utopia could dawn on us tomorrow and most of us would still find ways to make ourselves unhappy until we bring the inner tendencies which give rise to our suffering into consciousness. We need both sides of the coin, and in fact each side of the coin complements the other. Just as a healthy system will lead to far less misery and dysfunction among individuals, doing your inner work as an individual will make you much more useful in bringing about the revolutionary changes necessary for the rise of a healthy system. You’re not going to be any use to anyone in a revolution where you’re too neurotic to function or get along with other people. We all have problems that can’t be fixed under the current status quo, and we all have inner wounds we won’t be able to fully heal right away. But that doesn’t mean we are powerless. Our happiness and inner clarity isn’t fully bound to the whims of the ruling class. We can’t fix everything, but we’ve all got a responsibility to do what we can, in our community and in ourselves. ❖

Chest Workout Routine To build a great chest, you need the right workout routine. This routine will help you effectively target your chest muscles and build strength and size. Warm-up (5-10 minutes) It is important to warm up before starting any workout. This prevents injury and prepares the muscles for the workout. * Light cardio (such as jumping jacks or skipping) * Dynamic stretching (such as arm circles, torso twists) Main Workout Perform the following exercises in 3-4 sets, with 8-12 repetitions in each set. Rest 60-90 seconds between each set. * Barbell Bench Press * This is one of the most effective exercises for the chest. It targets the upper, middle and lower chest muscles. * How to do: Lie on your back on a bench, feet firmly planted on the floor. Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bring the barbell down to your chest and then push it up. * Incline Dumbbell Press * This exercise especially helps develop the upper chest muscles. * How to do: Sit on an inclined bench (about 30-45 degrees). Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Push the dumbbells up above your chest, then slowly bring them down. * Dumbbell Fly * This exercise helps stretch the chest muscles and give a deep cut. * How to do: Lie on the bench on your back, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With your arms slightly bent, stretch the dumbbells above your chest as if you were hugging someone. Slowly bring them back to the starting position. * Cable Crossover * This exercise focuses on the inner chest muscles and provides a better definition. * How to do: Stand in the middle of the cable machine. Hold a handle with each hand. Bring your arms to the front, as if you are bringing your hands together. * Push-ups * Push-ups are a great bodyweight exercise that strengthens the chest, shoulders and triceps. * How to do: Come down on your palms and toes, keeping the body straight. Lower your chest close to the ground and then push up. If normal push-ups are difficult, you can do them on your knees. Cool-down (5-10 minutes) Cooling down and stretching after a workout is important for muscle recovery. * Do static stretches of the chest, shoulders and triceps. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Important tips * Progressive overload: Slowly increase the weight or increase the number of repetitions over time so that your muscles are constantly challenged. * Correct Form: Always focus on maintaining correct form. Incorrect form can lead to injuries and muscles not being targeted properly. * Nutrition: Adequate protein and a balanced diet are important for muscle growth. * Rest: Getting enough sleep and giving your chest a rest before the next workout is essential for muscle recovery and growth. This routine can help you build a strong and well-developed chest. Remember, consistency is key to seeing results!

🔥 Angela Rayner’s HEATED CLASH with Rob Rinder on GMB exposes hypocrisy over the money. Rinder put it to her straight: “When Conservative ministers did that and you described them as having a staggering lack of shame. You’re back as Housing Secretary and you’ve kept the money so help me understand why that isn’t hypocritical?” Rayner claimed her case is different because those Tories were only in the job for weeks, while she was there for nearly a year: “People were in government for a number of weeks in some cases and accepted sums of severances in the thousands, only to return to government weeks later.” Rinder wasn’t buying it: “A number of people didn’t come back and they kept the money, you said they had a staggering lack of shame — but in your case that doesn’t apply?” Her reply: “If you’ve been in the job for a couple of weeks and accepted thousands of pounds, that is very different from the circumstances that I was in.” No, Angela. It’s no different. You were in the job for under a year, had to resign over unpaid tax allegations, took the £16,876 severance, then returned to the exact same role and kept every penny. You should hand that money back. You are a shameless money-grabbing hypocrite! What’s worse is that you’ve spent years lecturing others about their behaviour, yet the moment you step into government you do the very same thing. Disgraceful.

The Age of Secrecy is Over. The Age of Access Has Begun. WELCOME TO ANKH. For centuries, "Enlightenment" was locked behind monasteries, gatekept by mystery schools, and hidden by riddles. Growing up, we dismissed it. We thought: "I am not Jesus. I am not Buddha. I cannot give up everything to sit under a tree. And honestly… Why would I want to? What is Enlightenment compared to a penthouse view and a Ferrari?" But look where we are now. You know why you are reading this. Those Ferraris you bought, the luxury condos you lived in, the career ladders you climbed, even the lovers you took lifetimes after lifetimes - none of it worked. None brought the peace. None stopped the fear, worry and anxiety. For those reading this: the game of MORE has ended. Welcome to the final game: the game of TRUTH. ----------- Why did I build ANKH? For one reason: God no longer wants to be hidden anymore, and now wants to be found. The mission of ANKH is the most difficult yet also the easiest: To make ENLIGHTENMENT accessible, obtainable, and practical for every single soul on Earth. To guide people to awakening to God WITHIN themselves – not through fallen middlemen (politicians, priests, imams, rabbis) who only want to remain in power over you. The highest secret is that God never intended Enlightenment to be difficult. The Masters all tried to tell us, but we made it complicated: •Jesus said: "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you." •Buddha revealed: "You already possess the Buddha Nature." •Krishna promised: "I am the Self, seated in the hearts of all creatures." •Rumi whispered: "You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop." So why does it feel like a struggle? Why does God feel a million miles away? Because this reality was designed to hide Him. This was not a punishment but a choice. On Earth, we wanted to experience what it feels like to be SEPARATAE from God. We wanted to play the game of forgetting our divinity, and feel what it is like to be a soul lost in the dark. But that phase of the game is over. Humanity’s long winter of darkness is ending. The Age of Secrecy/Pisces is collapsing into the Age of Aquarius—the Age of Knowing. You are feeling this pull. That restlessness, that dissatisfaction with your material success, that sudden urge to consult a fortune teller - it is not a mid-life crisis. It is the Alarm Clock. You are being guided to awaken from a slumber that has lasted for thousands of lifetimes. ----------- And here lies the Great Paradox. You have always heard the teaching: "You are already Enlightened. There is nothing to achieve." Yet, the Masters also demand effort. Buddha taught the Eightfold Path of effort. Krishna speaks of the Yoga of action. How do we reconcile this? Think of a diamond buried in the mud. The diamond is already perfect. It is already brilliant. It does not need to "learn" how to shine. But it is covered in layers of dirt. If you do nothing, the diamond remains hidden, no different from a piece of rock. Enlightenment is not about building the diamond (you are already that). Enlightenment is simply the labor of washing away the mud. •The "Truth" is that you are already Divine. •The "Work" is removing the amnesia, the trauma, and the ego-programming that blocks that Divinity from shining through. This is what ANKH gives you: not another app out to steal your attention and drain your energy, but a full monastery in your pocket. It contains EVERY tool you need to find God, silence the ego, and master your reality. Inside the Temple (Unlimited Access): - A full destiny reading of your path using Astrology, Advanced Numerology and Bazi, plus monthly and yearly timing forecasts. - Unlimited Tarot sessions – with 100% accuracy when practiced with the guidance provided. -Unlimited guided Meditations (from Metta to Dzogchen) just like how the Masters taught and practiced -Hypnosis Sessions to help you recall your past lives, de-program your scarcity mindsets and rewire your consciousness. - A full 1 month structured initiation program, and a 4-month Inner Court adept program based on the principles of ancient Egyptian and Greek mystery schools. - Kundalini Activation. No more rumors. ANKH parts the curtains to provide a guided framework you can use to awaken your "Inner Fire" gurus whisper about. -Highly Secret Mantras with clear explanations of their effects and guided sessions. -Hatha Yoga and Breathwork modules to prepare your physical vessel to store more divine light. -Daily guided Jhana lessons drawn from the world’s most potent scriptures. The scriptures that have been uploaded onto ANKH include Law of One, ACIM, various Upanishads, The Emerald Tablets, The Gita, The Tao, texts from modern masters like David Hawkins etc (none from Deepak Chopra unfortunately), and more will be uploaded every single week. -Free resources in the Temple Library. You will have download access to all my published books, and many more scriptures and books written by other Masters. -A full Community Forum (Sangha) to find your tribe and walk together home to God. -High-Magick Rituals: Learn how to actually create. ANKH’s ritual temple is so effective (a student manifested a tenant in 24 hours after a 6-month dry spell) that we have to karmically gate it first. You must earn the power to use it. -Fengshui is in development (no more paying $2000 for checkups), with many more modules to be added to ANKH for the rest of your life. Ultimately, the realization of God is an act of Grace planned by your own soul. While we cannot force the harvest, we must prepare the soil. ANKH is designed to ready your vessel for the reception of God in you, built on the framework of Essene Yoga – the same framework used to initiate Jesus over 2,000 years ago. ------------------- "Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, and All Else will be added unto you." Like many of you, I read this at the start of my own spiritual journey 8 years ago with skepticism. I was staring at a mountain of debt and uncertainty, not a 'Kingdom.' But out of a quiet knowing in my heart and faith, I persisted on the path. That is when my life shifted. I began to witness small miracles: the exact money needed to meet my financial obligations would appear precisely when required (not early, but never late). The truth is that when you fix your Spirit, your Reality reorganizes itself. We struggle because we try to force the external world to change while our internal world remains in chaos. It is like trying to fix a movie by yelling at the screen. The secret is simple: Change the damn tape (your mind and heart). Once the internal blockages are washed away, the external drought ends. Abundance (in love, money, health) stops becoming something you chase, and becomes a natural, inevitable side-effect of your alignment. You deserve all that you wish to play with on Earth, because Earth and material items are nothing more than a playground of God. JUST FIND GOD FIRST! This is what Jesus was actually teaching. ---------------- The door is open. The Age of Aquarius is here. Are you ready to stop seeking and – after so many lifetimes of worshipping things outside of you – finally start BECOMING a Christ? Enter the Temple:

Attention , Data and Capital rule WEB3! Kaito AI 🌊 has primed itself as the ultimate distribution center of this three! Here’s how you can make the most of KAITO,a long form post! This guide is my personal strategy to earning yaps and building long term mindshare, ignoring follower count! Let’s get into it: ⸻ What Even Is Yapping? Yapping is posting and engaging on Crypto Twitter in a way that’s: •Web3 relevant •Genuine and thoughtful •Not spammy or low effort •Seen and engaged by high reputation users Yaps are the points you earn from posts and replies, but how you earn them is what I wanna talk about now. How do you Earn Yaps? As I read from the Kaito FAQ, applied, and gotten results from, there are three things that determine how many yaps you earn and when; 1.Reputation weighted engagement: the most important one! 2.Web3 relevance: your posts MUST be relevant in Web3! 3.Insightful and original content: focus on quality over quantity! What does that actually mean? If you post a great crypto thread and no one with a good reputation in CT interacts, you likely get 0 yaps. If you post a viral meme that’s unrelated to crypto, same thing, you get 0 yaps. You need both quality and engagement from strong accounts in the Kaito inner circle. Here’s where the idea of Smart followers comes in, these are accounts with the “Inner Circle Badge” on Twitter. Their interactions on your posts or replies earn you yaps! It’s also important for you to understand Mindshare. Mindshare is simply how much conversation and attention you are able to generate around a specific project. Yaps = fuel. Mindshare = dominance. To build mindshare,: •Focus on 1 to 2 projects MAX. •Post about them 1 to 2 times daily. •Reply often to other Yappers posting about the same project •Engage directly with the project account and their team. •Watch who’s leading the mindshare leaderboard on the KAITO website and learn from their style and content. Note: Early engagement gives you a higher chance to earn more yaps. That’s why I focus on fresh or recently added projects with active or pending leaderboards. Here’s how Pick Projects to Yap About: If you know me, I’m never chasing short term hype, and I focus on long term projects. Here’s how I pick: •Projects I understand or am testing/using myself •Ones that reward Yappers in meaningful ways (roles, cash, recognition) Here are some I’m looking at right now (do your own research too!): •Monad •Lombard •burner •Kaito AI 🌊 •Succinct •Infinex (massive rewards) •Allora •Humanity •OpenLedger (hot competition) What your daily KAITO schedule should look like: 1 to 2 solid tweets per project •No low effort “gm” posts, be intentional about every single post or reply you make! •Focus on your thoughts, project features, new updates 2.Reply to official project tweets, engage on founder and team member’s accounts too! 3.Engage other Yappers talking about the same project,be a good reply guy. 4.Retweet the project’s major posts. 5.Use project specific images. 6.Keep your posts insightful and project relevant! Also, clean up your profile (your bio, banner and pinned tweet must reflect clearly that you’re active in Web3. First impressions matter when people are deciding whether to interact with your profile or not! -Some tips to grow faster as a small account on KAITO. •Subscribe to X Premium (seriously helps with visibility) •Check the Discord of the projects you support for updates. •Track Kaito’s market page to see hot Inner Circle accounts. •Engage with leaderboard users in a genuine way -What Projects should you Yap about? 🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Extremely Alarming: What if EVERYTHING YOU were Taught was Designed to Enslave YOU from Birth. Two videos that Rip the Mask off the Most Sophisticated Control System Ever Built. This is Not theoretical. This is the Blueprint. The Only two Videos You Need to Understand why the World Feels broken. Watch them. Then Never See Reality the Same way Again. Full breakdown Below. Retweet if You Feel the veil Lifting. First video reveals the Secret Covenant. A chilling pact outlining how a hidden elite would Poison Minds, Bodies, and Souls to dominate the Most intelligent Species on Earth. They Admit The Plan: Divide us from our own Love, rewrite Biology, turn Education into Indoctrination. The pattern matches history too perfectly to ignore. How many of their predictions have already come true in Your lifetime? Second video delivers the spoken manifesto that hits like ice water. From age five they slot You into buildings that punish originality and reward obedience. They feed You only approved facts, test You until those facts become Your identity, then shame any deviation as dangerous. They flood Your screen with tragedy so fear becomes Your baseline. They sell You idols of fake perfection so You hate Your own reflection. Sound familiar yet? They convinced generations We are random cosmic accidents with no purpose. No Creator, No Destiny, just evolved apes chasing dopamine. Then "they" built addictive platforms that rank Your worth by follower count and likes. Self esteem reduced to a number. Comparison weaponized. Loneliness industrialized. Who benefits when an entire population feels worthless and alone? Now the most disturbing part... They push confusion about Your own body. Tell Children they Can become Happy by Permanently Altering the One Vessel Nature gave Them. Medicalize normal puberty. Silence dissent as hate. Create endless new categories to fracture society into smaller and smaller tribes that fight each other instead of the architects. Divide and conquer has never been more surgical. Think about the timeline... Compulsory schooling for 12 plus years. Daily news cycle of fear... Social Media engineered for Addiction. Entertainment that Glorifies Degeneracy and mocks Virtue. Pharmaceutical solutions for every emotion. All of it working in perfect harmony to keep you distracted, dependent, and disconnected from Your Own Soul. Coincidence? Or covenant? Here are the questions that should keep You awake tonight: If Love is the Most Powerful Force, why does the system teach You to fear and compete instead? Why is questioning the official narrative treated as mental illness? Who profits when You Never Feel enough? What Happens When an Entire Generation Wakes up at Once? Are You Ready to Find Out? This is Not about Left or Right... This is about Human versus machine like control. Bloodlines and Secret Societies may be involved. Central Banks, Media Conglomerates, and Tech Overlords certainly are. They turned the School into a Factory, the Television into a Hypnotist, and Your Phone into a Prison Guard. A young man sees someone drive by in a Ferrari with a blonde. He thinks: that guy has everything. Jordan Peterson says look closer. "The woman in the car is a prostitute with a cocaine addiction. Her life is one catastrophe after another." "He's had to lie and cheat his way into this position. He's afraid everything's going to come crashing down on him." "And that's what you're jealous of." He spent 15 minutes explaining what we're actually built for: "We view ourselves as built for pleasure. For consumption. For safety. For egotistical self-aggrandizement and fame." "What are we actually built for? Maximal challenge." "We're built to walk uphill. When you reach the pinnacle, you want to stop and appreciate the vision. But the next thing you want is a higher hill in the distance." "It's from the uphill climb that we derive our value." This is why young men disappear into video games. "That's all acted out in the video game. The active warrior moving uphill with sword in hand. That's dynamic. That's exciting." "They have to act that out in their own life. Video games are not a substitute for life." Start where you are. Even if it's embarrassing. "Humility is starting where you are. If your life is a mess, you have to see that you're the person in that mess." "Your first attempt to fix it might not be something you're particularly proud of." "I saw this in my clinical practice. The first steps people had to take were pretty embarrassing. They'd think: really? That's all I can do?" "Hey, man. Uphill is better than downhill." Here's what most people don't understand about momentum: "You accrue success exponentially. You accrue defeat exponentially too." "Start going downhill, you go downhill faster and faster. Start going uphill, you go uphill faster and faster." "Even if you have to start painfully small, it doesn't matter." Everyone wants confidence. But self-esteem is a lie. "Self-esteem doesn't even exist. It's a pathological concept altogether." "You want confidence that's based in competence. Otherwise it's narcissistic." "How do you develop that? You watch yourself exceed your limits." "And then you think: there's something in me that can exceed my limits. That's your true self." You want a goal you can never fully attain. "Almost all the positive emotion we feel, especially the emotion that fills us with enthusiasm, is experienced in relationship to a goal." "You want a horizon of ever-expanding possibility." "People stake their soul on attaining an instrumental goal. Then they get there and think: now what?" "The answer can't be: I'm going to live in the lap of luxury and never have to do anything." "What do you want to be? A giant infant with a gold bottle? You never have to do anything but lay on your back and suck." "No. You want to be an active warrior moving uphill with your sword in hand." Now here's the dark part: "You need to contemplate your own malevolence. Because you're not only who you are. You're who you could be. For better or worse." "I think it's easier to understand who you could be if you were better once you deeply understand who you could be if you were worse." "You think: I'm way deeper on the negative end than I thought. Much more closely aligned with the forces of hell than I presumed." "That's easy to swallow factually. Not so easy to swallow emotionally. It's a bitter pill." "I don't think you can contemplate the good without contemplating the evil first. It doesn't have the depth." "Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." Many of his clients are too agreeable. They let everyone else win. "They're resentful and don't know how to stand up for themselves. They're very compassionate by nature. If you're negotiating with them, they'll let you win." "That's not good. You need to win too." "You cannot negotiate unless you can say no. And it causes conflict to say no." The solution sounds counterintuitive. "You have to develop your inner monster a little bit. And that makes you a better person, not a worse person." "It's weird. But that's just how it is." On privilege and how to pay for it: "Some cards are privilege. Maybe you're born intelligent. Symmetrical. Healthy. Into a culture where it's easier not to be deprived. Maybe your parents are rich." "All of that is unearned." "The way you pay for your privilege is with your virtue." "You expiate and atone by doing your best to live the best possible life you can manage. To speak the truth. To treat people with respect. To put your house in order." On envy: "Don't be so sure your position in your room is so damn trivial. It might be your attitude towards it that's trivial." "If you're in dire circumstances, look at how much opportunity you have to make things better." "You don't even want it to be easy."

You want to be an active warrior moving uphill with your sword in hand." 🚨🍼 PARENTS ARE WAKING UP IN THE DELIVERY ROOM! More moms & dads are quietly saying “NO THANKS” to the routine newborn protocol: Vitamin K shot, Hep B vaccine at birth, and the whole “just-in-case” bundle. Refusal rates have nearly DOUBLED in recent years — and it’s not rebellion. It’s RESEARCH + INFORMED CONSENT in action! 👏💪 Abby the Midwife When mom is Hep B negative and baby isn’t high-risk on day one, families are asking: Why inject a brand-new human with synthetic chemicals in those fragile first hours? This is a powerful shift toward trusting nature’s design over hospital scripts. 🧬✨ MUST-WATCH VIDEO by Dr. Jeffrey I. Barke, MD exposing the Vitamin K shot truth! 🔥 PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT from the video (key highlights): “There are approximately 3.6 million newborns born in the United States every year. The American Academy of Pediatrics thinks every single one of them should get an intramuscular dose of vitamin K1.” ☠️But look at the BLACK BOX WARNING right at the top:🤮 ⚠️⛔️“Severe reactions including fatalities have occurred during and immediately after intravenous and intramuscular injections of vitamin K.”⛔️⚠️ ⚠️☢️“This product contains aluminum which may be toxic… Premature neonates are particularly at risk.”☢️⚠️ Then Section 13.1: “Studies of carcinogenicity, mutagenesis or impairment of fertility have not been conducted.” 😱 Translation? They’re pushing a synthetic chemical with a fatal-reaction warning, aluminum toxicity risk, and ZERO long-term cancer/fertility studies — while recommending it for EVERY baby on day one. Nature designed thin blood for stem cell transfer from the cord… not sludge from a shot! ✅ Parents, do your homework! ✅ Demand full informed consent! ✅ Protect your littlest ones from unnecessary interventions. ✅ ✅ Say NO and watch the quiet revolution grow! 🙌🛡️ #InformedConsent #NewbornRights #VitaminKWarning #ProtectOurBabies #DoYourOwnResearch #NaturalBirth #RFKJrMAHA What are YOUR thoughts? 📢 SOUNDING THE ALARM FOR AMERICANS AND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 🚨 500 people walk into church on Sunday 👀 Their phones are captured the second they pull into the parking lot. No app needed. No WiFi needed. No Bluetooth needed. Your location services are on and that is all this operation requires to pull your device identity, your movement patterns, and your behavioral data into a database you never consented to and will never be told exists. By Sunday afternoon those 500 people went to lunch, ran errands, met up with family and friends. Their devices made contact with thousands of other phones belonging to people who never went to church that day. 500 becomes 5,000. Monday morning those same 500 churchgoers go to work. Their devices are now in proximity with an entirely new set of contacts. 5,000 becomes 50,000. By Wednesday the tertiary sweep is complete. People who have never set foot inside a church, people who have never prayed a day in their life, are now inside this database because they sat next to someone at a coffee shop who works with someone who had lunch with someone who went to church on Sunday morning. One church. One Sunday. 500 people. Becomes a city-wide surveillance dragnet by Wednesday. 💀 This is not happening at one church. This is happening at 303 named megachurches simultaneously every single week. The targets are not random. They are listed specifically by name in a federal filing sitting on a DOJ website right now that fewer than 1% of Americans will ever read. FARA registration 7653. Show Faith by Works. $4.1 million contract. The largest Christian church geofencing campaign in United States history. Filed legally. Hiding in plain sight. 😤 Now here is where Pam Bondi enters this story and why it matters enormously. Pam Bondi is the current Attorney General of the United States. The top law enforcement officer in the country. The person who runs the very department where every single one of these FARA registrations is filed and is supposed to be enforced. Before she took that job she was a registered foreign agent herself. FARA registration 6415. Filed July 23rd 2019. She lobbied the United States Congress on behalf of the Embassy of the State of Qatar. Her signature. Her disclosure. Her filing in the same DOJ database she now controls. On her first days running the Department of Justice she gutted FARA enforcement. The unit responsible for prosecuting undisclosed foreign agents operating on American soil was effectively dismantled. The cop assigned to watch the door walked in, took the badge off the wall, and handed it to the people she used to work for. 😤 So when you ask why 14 to 18 American influencers are taking up to $7,000 per post from a foreign government through Bridges Partners LLC FARA 7652 without a single disclosure label on their content, the answer is that the person responsible for prosecuting that violation used to be one of them. When you ask why Brad Parscale's Clocktower X LLC is under a $6 to $9 million contract to seed ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok with manipulated content on behalf of a foreign government's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and nobody in Washington is moving on it, the answer is the same. The sheriff is compromised. The filing cabinet is full. The evidence is public. And the person whose job it is to act on it spent years doing exactly what these registrants are doing right now. 🔥 They filed everything legally because they believed nobody would read it. I read it. Every registration. Every dollar amount. Every named target. Organized and searchable Americans For Non-Profit Transparency Organization's website which is pinned in my bio right now- for free. FARA was created in 1938 because Nazi propaganda agents were operating inside America. Congress said never again and built a law requiring disclosure. The woman now running that law's enforcement agency used to file under it on behalf of a foreign government. Receipts over drama. Facts over narrative. "I have the receipts and I convey the facts. Shame on those committing these atrocities against America as betrayers to your oath to protect and serve." -Danks Comment below if you align with that statement 👆 🥋

Charlie Foltz was abducted by a UFO in the middle of the wilderness. And he came face to face with Grey aliens. They had a “bulbous head with large eyes.” “No nose.” “No mouth.” “When I looked into these eyes, it was like two magnets grabbing one another instantly … ” Charlie and three of his friends had a UFO encounter in the Allagash Wilderness in 1976. After undergoing hypnotic regression, they remembered shocking details of their encounter with Grey aliens. He and Jim Weiner just sat down with Jesse Michels to share their remarkable story: Foltz: “The first thing I remember in my regression was looking at my toes and thinking … what the hell happened to my socks?” “And then … where the hell are my clothes?” “Then, where the hell am I?” “Just beyond my toes, I can see Jack and Jim and this other guy sitting on this bench.” “I look up and I see this face bending down to look into my eyes.” Michels: “You were laying horizontally?” Foltz: “On a table, yeah.” “It felt chilly, very sterile, very much like an emergency room setting.” “I recall this panel coming down from somewhere above my head, and it was over my chest, and it basically covered my entire torso.” “And then this blue light came straight down out of it, and it had a definite dimensional quality to it.” “It isn’s like taking your flashlight … and you shine it and the light spreads and travels.” “This was focused and it was localized into one shape, and that was emitted straight down onto my torso.” “There were two beings to my left.” “I had this one at my head and another at my feet, and they began a clinical examination of me, for lack of another term.” Michels: “What did the beings look like?” Foltz: “A bulbous head with large eyes.” “No nose like us, and no mouth like us.” “It was sort of like a slight slit area in the chin.” “No ears like we have protruding. They were like … a slight bump out from the skull.” “I was told not to resist, not to fight, I wasn’t in any danger, just comply and everything will be all right.” Michels: “Were you told telepathically?” Foltz: “Yeah.” “You’ve had the experience of being on a rollercoaster when it drops and your stomach stays up around your shoulders.” “I had a physical sensation like that, but it wasn’t my stomach. It was my mind.” Michels: “Were they gray in color?” Foltz: “Yes.” Michels: “Do you remember how tall?” Foltz: “Under five feet, spindly.” “Their hands had four digits, not five or three … that hang straight down.” “And the center of the hand had like an articulation ability, so they would have four opposable digits.” “They had a clothing on that was, for lack of a better word, like a spandex type of appearance where it tightly conformed to their body.” American Alchemy Jesse Michels
