Why roads are not repaired like this in India ❓

@BJP4India @RSSorg @narendramodi has corruption become our national identity?? Eventhough we hv technology, govt does notbuse them?? WHY?? Why is there no expiry date on roads once built??

The system used to persist here in India in 70s and maybe 80s too State PWDs used to employ workers who used to patrol the road everyday on cycle carrying basic repair material on cycle's carrier. Wherever they noticed pothole they used to repair it immediately to keep the road free from potholes The system has been discontinued long back, I dont know why?

Because if they repair, where they can go for election money. Let it completely ruine in 6 months, they again do complete road one more and more times.
