Foreign aid needs accountability, not appeasement. Putin's Crimea grab proves surrender only emboldens aggressors. Ukraine's sovereignty isn't negotiable. But blank D.C. checks without results? Unacceptable. If Kyiv can't secure territory, why should Americans pay?

Some people didn't like me saying that every Catholic should give at least 10% of their income to the Church and to charity, but I'd also say that the rich should definitely give much more than 10%. If you take home $200,000/year, then giving away only $20,000 is a joke.
