Total BS, some people are night owls and prefer getting things done, including work, during the night. I’ve got a wonderful family, two successful businesses and a happy life - it is my choice to stay awake at night.

I'm 47 been through a lot. lost my best friend my father. Went through stuff with my kids mother. This makes a lot of sense. I feel I am missing out. I am glad I watched this. Now I know why I stay up late talking to my self in my head.
