@Oprah I’m happy to see Ryan back to talking about stoicism and acting stoically. We should all know our strengths and stick with them while avoiding our weaknesses.

@Oprah Even Oprah trying to bulletproof her mind against late-night emails is the plot twist the wellness world needed.

@Oprah Stoicism lasts because it turns big ideas into daily practice—attention, restraint, and choosing the next right action.

@Oprah People aren't rediscovering Stoicism for the quotes. They're starving for a spine in a soft age.

@Oprah Ancient wisdom is always relatable in the modern world. Because, however we think we are the humans who, love to feed our ego in our own ways. Discipline, kindness, love, compassion and many other positive emotions..or the negative ones define us.

Stoicism wasn't designed as a wellness trend for daytime television. Marcus Aurelius wrote his notes in military tents while managing a devastating plague and frontier wars. When ancient philosophy hits mainstream media, it usually gets diluted into soft self-care and calming breathing exercises. Real stoicism is cold, demanding, and deeply uncomfortable. It is an operating manual for survival under extreme pressure, not a lifestyle aesthetic.
