🐰 I have a friend, and he’s just a regular office worker. When I look at that, I think it’s really impressive. That friend always says to me, “Ah… Seonghwa, it must be really hard for you.” And I tell him, “The work you do yourself always feels the hardest. Until just three years ago… what was it…? We would at least meet once during the holidays, but in these past three years, there’s always been one or two people who couldn’t make it, or sometimes I couldn’t make it. It’s gotten harder and harder to gather. So now we say, “Well, at least it’s lucky if we can see each other at someone’s wedding.” Because I travel abroad often, I might not be able to go, and since there are friends in Jinju too, when they get married, they’ll live there, right? When I think about that, I realize, “Ah, I might not be able to go.” So it’s a bit sad, but it also means that each of us is settling into our own place in life.
