Why submission is difficult for most women

This is wrong interpretation of scripture. Ephesians 5:21 clearly states: "Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ." This verse emphasizes that submission is a two-way street among believers, not just something women owe to men.

Is that why the Bible tells men to love their wife bcs loving their wife doesn't come naturally to them?
