The guy was also already at 75% by the time you hit him. So you really only did 25% of his HP with that burst.

I didn't specify 100 to 50, regardless I think it's alot of damage you can do while building a defensive item and being a support 2 levels down

I mean only 25% of his hp when he has no MR while playing a support who's known for having good burst. Bloodsong, deadmans, 7 dark seal stacks, and electrocute on top of Bards good default burst. Nothing really seems out of the ordinary here. He only has 1 hp item as well.
