When I saw @andycomplains do the knee lunge march around the ring I knew he was going to rule. Great insight as always Tom.
@andycomplains Thank you! My son Nolie did amateur wrestling for a few years, and his favorite warmup was the drop-step. He marks out whenever he sees @andycomplains do it on TV.
