Listen! I used to think that but here’s a bit neuroscience for you. Sparkling water tastes bad because CO2 is bitter, so your brain interprets the water as being poisonous. But if you drink it for like a week, it deprograms your brain and the bitterness goes away.

I use Sparkling Water as a soda alternative. Specifically Lemon Lime because it takes like a Sprite or 7Up. Dietary, the potassium acts as a sweetener and a hunger suppressant. Helps with cramps prevention like antioxidants. It's not for everyone and is an acquired taste.

My teeth are fucked, drinking sparkling waters, or soda like drinks with less sugars in them in general, has been one of the best decisions in my life. Honestly felt the best when I wasn't drinking pop

I mix sparkling water with V8 Splash, or I drink it straight up. It reminds me of my vacation in Czech

I definitely enjoy soda more but Sometimes I don't have the budget for soda so if you get those little packets of like starburst wild cherry or something and add it to the sparkling water, it's healthier than soda and tastes just as good
