Everyone loved Hammer because he wasn't selfish. He help people in his community, he was extremely generous, respected people and property, and in return earned REAL respect. The kind of respect that would have people fight for you. In other words a real man.

He stayed in a hotel that I worked at in Calgary 20+ years ago. Dude was amazing. Super nice to the staff. Came with 50 people and took up an entire 2 floors then walked around putting $50 in every staff members hand then passed an envelope full of 50's for anyone he missed.
