Why VTuber Kenji is Trending in a Nutshell

I feel really sad that Kenji is being grouped up with others outside the space who were just being malicious. Kenji, to me, feels like he laughs at everybody and everything, including himself. I've never felt he's malicious. Sadly I think it's a big cultural difference, in this situation, and it made it look like Kenji was being extremely disrespectful when I'm sure he was just trying to make people laugh. I doubt he ever had any genuine disrespect for the vtuber in question.

I'm a fan of Kenji and a relatively new fan of Dacapo, I get the humor in all of this but at the same time the misinformation spread along with this meme made the situation blow out of proportion. Do I think it was distasteful to make fun of someone's model when most if not all vtuber's are limited in movement when 2D, yea. But like did anyone stop to think maybe Kenji was making fun of it because its "relatable"? The individual spouting of racist comments and attacking Kenji like this is absolutely disgusting. Your not just racist to one person because you "hate them" these slurs already existed in your vocab and you WANTED to use them. The fact that you used them so easily under such a small thing as a meme just shows what type of person you are. That's my opinion on this anyway I'm going to continue to support both Kenji and Dacapo and hope that one day they can maybe look back on all this and get a good laugh.(the meme of course)
