this is absolutly terrifying and the way the press is trying to say its complicated? concussion protocols exist for a reason in other sports. the speeds involved here, sitting out should be mandatory with time given back the following day if they clear

Asking why he isn't arrested..he is part of the system. He will not only never be arrested, he will continue to live in an unaccountable manner. Yet Alex is dead. Laid to rest on his birthday. #AlexCoughlan was living in Roderic O Gorman's small housing estate. He took a Sunday afternoon stroll on a sunny beautiful day. He didn't know it would be his last. He walked by O Gorman house that day. About a one minute walk away he was brutally attacked. Filmed. It was posted online. Alex probably knew he would die. The accused are Syrian. One hurt his hand during the attack. He was given permission to have his hand tended to at hospital. The judge said they have a right to the presumption of innocence and a right to privacy. Despite that they took pride in their "work". Took pride in the suffering they caused. Didn't have an issue exposing what they did, all by themselves. For clicks. For likes.

Matt Barrows talks about receiving a text to report to Kyle Shanahan’s office to get an update on the car accident • Kyle had initially told 14 people about the car accident when it first happened. He did not give them directions about who they could and couldn’t tell • There was 1 member from the media who was told about the accident prior to it being reported on social media— the 1 reporter was not Tim Kawakami • Kyle is still dealing with the concussion. His symptoms are being overly emotional, not being able to listen to loud music and having trouble watching film. Monday was the first day he was able to watch a full practice worth of film. He was encouraged by that. When he got home that night, his headache resumed and then he saw the report about the young women being blamed • Once Kyle saw the reports of the 21 year old being blamed he was upset because she wasn’t to blame. He has been in contact with the woman’s family • He has gotten steadily better from the concussion, but that it’s nonlinear— some days are better than others • Even though he thought he would be better by now, it doesn’t seem like he’s ready to take command of the team anytime soon The video is long but has lot of details about the conversation that took place in Kyle’s office with the 6 members of the media
