It was never easy to colonize Africa, the Europeans met series of war and resistance from the shores down to the hinterlands of Africa. Today we all have a given name for White people especially Europeans in our different languages based on our ancestral experiences against them. In my language which is Oro we call them “Mátânğ” meaning “the people who stole our people”, meanwhile our brotherly tribe the Ibibios call them “Mbá kârá ” meaning “the people who divided and rule us”.

When you think offshore talent, you probably think of the Philippines or India. But here’s the twist, Nigeria is rewriting the playbook, and it’s time to pay attention. Nigeria is Africa’s largest economy. It has a workforce that’s young, ambitious, and ready to deliver. Every year, over 600,000 native-English-speaking graduates join the talent pool. These aren’t just grads, they’re problem-solvers, engineers, marketers, and more. The human capital there is insane, ready to hit the ground running and work seamlessly with global teams. For example, the tech scene in Nigeria is exploding. Last year, Nigerian startups raised over $1.2 billion in funding. That kind of momentum doesn’t happen without serious talent. Developers, product managers, digital marketers, and designers, are all building the future. And they’re doing it at a world-class level. Here’s what makes this exciting: Nigeria is still the world’s best-kept secret for offshore talent. But it doesn’t need to stay that way. If you’re ready to scale your team with exceptional talent, let’s make it happen. @Talent_hackers_ does the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to. We’ll connect you with the best, fast. The world is catching on. The question is, will you be ahead of the curve?

We were too kind to others and wicked to ourselves to sun it up… disunity

We weren’t and never wicked to each other according to several documents. We once lived in a community where we loved and always take care of one another even strangers despite the race, to an extent that the Portuguese wrote about the fact that there was no crimes being committed using the Great Benin Empire as example where most houses didn’t have doors unlike Europe where crimes was definitely high. That doesn’t mean there was no war and misunderstanding between different ethnicities.

Satan does not value kindness and hospitality

Yea

It was always the weapons. Guns changed everything.

Self-defense is intelligence... no matter how kind you are.

That’s the truth.

Incorrect. 1. Tribes were are war with one another; easily exploited 2. Technological disparities. Especially weaponry. 3. No centralized leadership. This is still a huge problem until today.

Same reason every other place was colonized so easily. 1. The natives were too friendly and naive to kick them out immediately 2. Diseases 3. Guns
