Why wasn’t this taught in school?

This is the person who gets wiped out at the first sign of an economic distress as they are leveraged to the gills

School teaches us how to be employees and not employers.

Dutiful workers cranked out year after year

How to get in irreversible, life ending debt in 30 seconds.

Sounds like a con game that should land you in prison.

Like politicians?

Also, never listen to some fat dude with his mouth full, cause it's full of shit

@deadend_king Wow I would have loved to learn this in school

@deadend_king Right?!

@The_Bubbadude @deadend_king Yeah.... the reason this isn't taught in school because doing this "arbitrage" is how the '08 collapse happened.... and how the federal reserve has been destroying the US dollar for 100 years.. Her plan is good until the market corrects and people want their $$$ back.....

@12_16_1773 @drinkonsaturday @deadend_king Can't wait for bank owned properties. Still have to have a plan to navigate every avenue.

Cool story about your friend committing the highest level of bank fraud!

Leverage with a sprinkle of fraud

Because it’s not real it’s just fake money being pulled out of nowhere. No value has been created. This shit is fucking awful.

Classic Kyasaki vs Ramsey philosophies..... Do Both

Irons in the fire

@PatriotAdjacent Someone would have to follow me and explain to me what it is I was doing… and show me if I was making any money.. or..

@drinkonsaturday The book “automatic millionaire” helped me far more Than “rich dad poor dad” or “total money makeover”

Yeah this guy is full of shit. Commercial real estate is not even close to being that easy to do well in.

School teaches us to be taxpayers, not live debt free

@DebtCulture can help with that

Scripted and gay.

@baker_girlie That doesn’t work with current bank rules. This might have worked before the 2008 credit liquidity crisis.

You’re robbing Peter to pay Paul. The debt is ever expanding. I guess the idea is to keep taking/spending money until you die, then the banks are stuck with the bill and eventually the property? I’m not saying it’s a bad plan just curious how any of it gets paid back.

Just rent it from yourself, bro 🤣

We need 2008 on steroids to wipe out these leeches.

The legacy economy is built on debt. It is a ponzi scheme. Schools aren't here to teach you how to run a ponzi scheme. They're here to teach you how to be a cog in the wheel of the ponzi scheme....

When I hear this kind of stuff it sounds borderline scammish/tax evading to me. Maybe I just don’t know… but when someone’s trying to explain calculus like it’s simple algebra I just kind of tune out.

The only problem with that is commercial real este is tanking along with the economy. Global Economy will crash next 2-6 months.

Getting these vibes from him as well

Someone tell this retard interest rates are going up and RE values are going down This strategy has literally bankrupted millions the last few years

Because this ideology while it allows you to expand quickly it’s a house of dominos. If a few things go wrong you go bankrupt

Bank: so who leases the property? You do? How do you pay the rent? You plan to when this loan? Alright say less

If economic collapse was a person

Lending always comes with a payment right? so how do you pay the loans. I always see this then have that same question.

Pull all equity out of your properties, take that find even more money buy commercial property, lease it back to yourself as a llc and then if all the stars align you will somehow make money immediately, use that money to pay your other properties loans that have reset

This is why the American economy is going to collapse. Fake wealth, no value from producing anything. House of cards.
It was, they called it hot potato and musical chairs.

This obsession with debt is disgusting

Until the market goes belly up and you're leveraged to the tits. Isn't this the same thinking that got a lot of people in trouble during the GFC?

Because its kind of retarded if not illegal.

So this guy wants you to create an astronomical amount of debt under different LLCs based on peak "potential" earnings? Then, when one LLC fails, they all fall like dominos? Leaving this guy able to purchase the properties at auction for pennies on the dollar? I get that right?

ya, overextending your leverage never backfired for anyone 🤣 Real estate market crashes and she's so far up shit creek she'll be smelling India
