It'll never happen. There is no outer space. There will be no moon base. We've never been to the moon...it is a light source, not a rock or piece of cheese. Check Holy Scripture out in the book of Genesis..."The greater light to rule the day (sun) and the lesser light to rule the night (moon)." Wake up Alex, I thought you were smarter than that.
