Why would anyone still live in California?

Tonight's sunset on the Russian River. 🌅

I was just up that way last week.

I love California, I just can't afford to live there. My house in Texas is worth a third of my brother's house in California, about the same size, both 4 bedroom, 3 bath. My brother told me tonight, he can not afford to live there anymore. He has a family.

That sucks.

Every time I drive down the coast to HMB, I'm reminded why I stay.

Just ran 6 miles through the redwoods and all stress has evaporated.

Skyline Blvd

Not sure!

Happy doggo.

Someone has to fight for it. It’s worth saving

I love it so much that I’m considering moving back in a few years, blue state or not… I just hope some progress is made before then CA is such an amazing place - it’s worth saving

Gods country. Beautiful and breathtaking. Too bad the elites have taken over the most treasured areas.

Or the same person could just live in Nevada or Arizona and drive over when they feel like it

Sounds like cope.

No idea!

My hike this afternoon

That's what the million people that left during the last few years said. Because the political class and their dumb voters have made living in California untenable.

I still love my CA but it’s annoying that people can’t buy homes and our gas is even higher now

I'm in CA now. I have a good view. I've seen that view in dozens of other states. it's only the decent weather year round that makes a difference, but that doesn't offset the retarded people. they are awful. need a cleansing out here sumhow.

We stay here and fight! Our victories in Oakland will shake the progress machine for years.

5th generation Tahoe. I’ve been gone for a while, time to come back.

All that’s left is what God gave California - the terrain and the weather.

There are multiple kinds of beauty.

Tennessee is more beautiful than that.

I’ve been to Tennessee, and it was nice, but it doesn’t come close, in my opinion.

Half Moon Bay California Home! Hate the politics but love the land. Hard to leave.

Just wait til that forest burns down. Then it’ll look like mine.

Except when the mountains are on fire. When's the last time you've been down to the Santa Clara Valley? That's where most of us who say those things live.

Today.

its sooooo hard, I love my home😢

It's absolutely beautiful, the weather is unbeatable. The people are smart & mostly nice if you don't talk politics. I hope in 2026, something will change regarding the worst government in US. But if I had small kids, I would leave— WOKE ideology in schools is damaging children.

Yep…it doesn’t make any sense why we still live here 😉

Weather and views are not the reason for me to fight here. I can get both of these in other places. What can I get in CA that I can't get in other places? That's what I will fight for. If not, then it's not the place for me and other people who have moved out. I haven't met or heard anyone complain about moving from CA, who is worried about missing the views. They all say they are much happier where they have moved. They miss the nostalgia of what used to be.

It was a lovely day today! 🌅

No clue why…Giant Sequoia’s only an hour away…

Creation knows not of politics.

Cali is beautiful. Some of the people and all of the politics is not beautiful

Beautiful state, poorly managed by progressive democrats who are coastal elites Make California Great Again

I love California, I just can’t stand the horrible politicians that have destroyed it. Gavin Newsom and all the other liberals have got to be recalled, forced to resign or at minimum, voted out of office.

California has the nation’s highest housing costs. Some blame a housing shortage; others, government policies. We sit down with experts to explore what’s driving costs and discuss the state-mandated Housing Development initiative and why some cities push back.
