Why would Carnival do this?

Sounds like Carnivals fatigued.

Blacks ruin everything

It’s known as the hood cruise-line, that’s why!

I no longer sail Carnival but if they implemented & enforced these changes, I may be inclined to give them another try

Because we can never have nice things. People always take advantage. I used to love cruises. I’ll never go on one again. The ships got too big, too commercial, and the bad element creeped in (bad comes in all colors, btw).

Good on Carnival. Imagine letting a bunch of future scientist and engineers ruin your 50+ year old company

How are these rules that harsh? 15 maximum alcoholic beverages per day? Kids can’t be roaming around in the middle of the night? You can’t blast your music as loud as you want. You’d think they would have rules like this already in place. Hotels do.

Because they are tired of being seen as the section 8 of cruise lines. You should be asking why adults can’t be civil enough to where a cruise line doesn’t have to put shit in place for you to act right?
