If the car is not roadworthy as others are saying, then police must take out the disc n tow a car. As police officer how do u give someone permission to drive a car without disc n which is not roadworthy

Yes they can take a disk and issue section 42 . They took mine twice here in Cape Town (1st Dark tint 5% & 2nd no front plate )

They can, if they assess your car and it is not suppose to be on the road. That car must be towed u fix ya faults come with slips u get ya disk back. U will report and make an idiot out yaself.
