Why would King Charles need to deliver the throne speech?

The Governor General (who is the Monarchy's representative in Canada) usually delivers the throne speech (note the word throne). The King delivering it is a show of solidarity for Canada in a time of existential threat: something you constantly do the opposite of. Fucking learn!

Having King Charles deliver the Throne Speach will deliver a resounding message to the US--that Canada has a different form of government. Those who love Canada and want it to remain sovereign will welcome this tactical move. 51st Staters will absolutely abhor it. It'll be an excellent method of sifting the chaff from the wheat...so to speak.
