I understand where you are coming from but that dog is trying to communicate. If ears are pointed back, that means the dog is anxious or fearing something. It' clearly spotted something and that's why the owner is saying "its OK calm down " ...

However, she also appears to be afraid of her own pet, which is concerning.

I don't mind pitbulls as long as they kill their owners and offspring then they get "humanely" killed afterwards. Killing people not related to them is a big NO for me.
