He is full of s4it. The UV rays cause your eyes to age more quickly leading to early onset cataracts. You burn because you spend too much time in the sun before you have a protective tan.

Wearing polarized sunglasses can help protect you from UV light that causes melanoma and cataracts of your eye.

I've been going sunglass free, getting sun in my eyes, and my vision has improved greatly. Sunshine is magic.

Friends this is utter rubbish ok. Here are the facts, and please feel free to check online, don't take my word for it, I'm just trying to save you some time. The light that is bad for our eyes is Blue light, the shortest wave length light. While blue light is a part of the visible light spectrum and is emitted by the sun and digital devices, excessive exposure to blue light, especially from screens, can contribute to digital eye strain and potentially affect sleep patterns. It's important to remember that we are exposed to much more blue light from the sun than from our devices. If you happen to try a set of sunglasses that are actually made to filter out the blue light, you will not believe your own eyes, everything you see will look so sharp, the edges will be crisp and clearly defined, it will look like you are looking at a 3d imagine in total perfect focus, and all because the blue light has been filtered out. The reason is because blue light scatters much easier than the other longer wave lengths. So when it enters out eyes it defocuses our vision because we can't quite focus properly because of this light scattering effect. This is why the sky is blue, it is being scattered all over the atmosphere, and at night Sunsets appear red due to Rayleigh scattering and the longer path sunlight takes through the atmosphere at sunset. As the sun approaches the horizon, sunlight has to travel through more of the atmosphere to reach your eyes. Shorter wavelengths of light, like blue, are scattered away by air molecules, while longer wavelengths, like red and orange, are less scattered and remain visible. I also need to share another truth with you about sunglasses. Polarized sunglasses do not filter out all blue light. While they can reduce the amount of blue light that reaches the eyes, particularly from reflected light, they are primarily designed to reduce glare from horizontal surfaces like water, snow, and roads. We have different types of polarized glasses, and they filter out different polarized light. Polarized sunglasses typically come in two main types: linear and circular. Linear polarized lenses reduce glare by blocking horizontally polarized light, making them suitable for activities like driving and sports. Circular polarized lenses offer more natural colour reproduction and sharper contrast, making them ideal for activities like fishing and boating. We also use them on our camera lenses for the exact same reasons, reduce glare, enhance colour. That's why us fishermen love polarised glasses and its almost essential for fishing on the ocean because of the glare, you can't see below the surface due to the glare I mentioned. Polarised glasses reduce that glare. Therefore, polarized sunglasses and blue light glasses serve different purposes. Polarized sunglasses are for outdoor use to reduce glare, while blue light glasses are for indoor use to reduce eye strain from screens. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. Sorry this got long, but I wanted you to have the full details. I didn't mention our eyes rods and cones, so we will save that for another day ok. Cheers Kiwi ♥️

Man bun says so….

False. I've ruined my eyes from not wearing them.

Yeah try not wearing them in Florida I see the sunrise every morning bs he's right about the indoor lights

If you wear sunglasses you get a circadian mismatch, you're signaling to your system that therenis no UV present, meaning your melanin migrates and you burn. Sunrise is key, the blue, red, violet range starts everything up and you will make melanin, melatonin, neurotransmitters, etc. So seeing the sunrise is what makes you able to fall asleep at night 👍

I'd probably rank junk food and sugary drinks ahead of sunglasses as a leading cause of diabetes, but I'm no doctor.

They have been lying to us,for years even our light make us sick. No wonder I dont like working in an office building. I always felt funny under those lights. Lucky for us slowly 🐌 the facts are coming into the light. Pun intended, lol 😆
