I agree with u 100% the only thing I can think of is whoever coming as HC will either be a big name with GM as their title too or there is a GM out there with good ties to who they want as HC.

Starting fresh. Much deserved after last season. The Raiders have typically done the unconventional thing of hiring a HC and forcing GM on them or vice versa. Now they have flexibility to bring a duo that’s on the same page. Just gotta stay away from dictator HCs like Gru and JMD
