@kalilinux It is the same with a locked door (mac whitelist), the actual extra act needed to open the door by breaking in (spoof the mac), is what is important. ie. in case of the door to the house, no insurance would pay out if the door was unlocked.

@kalilinux i used to think obfuscating the mac was pointless but today i learned that not only the bad guys obfuscate for operational protocols
