We saw that emerge in the wake of the Dobbs decision...and now we see it that they’re in the tank for Trump. Not only is that narrative over-reported, it is patently false, and it is dangerous for the institution and the public’s faith and confidence in the rule of law.”

People in the villages are open about whom they are supporting. This narrative by Vijay that the contest is only between TVK & DMK is not only hollow but has no takers in the rural belt of Northern Tamilnadu. There are bunch of AIADMK loyalists who are vocal about their support. It is 🌱versus 🌅& TVK lacks support in the villages. Let those claiming that TVK is winning go to these villages & find voters supporting TVK & post videos. Then we can believe their narrative. Till then the contest is bipolar.

In the case of a contest, this will ensure a new leader is in place before Parliament returns in September. I will remain in post as Prime Minister until the contest is complete. And I will do everything I can to ensure an orderly handover of power.
