We are deeply saddened at the passing of Jake Roehn ('18). Jake finished his time in Athens with two MAC Championships as well as 29 saves, making him Ohio's all-time saves leader - a mark that still stands. But along with a number of other baseball accolades, Jake, most importantly, was an amazing teammate and friend and he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

Maybe some of you knew this, I did not. Gammarelli is out and Mancinelli on Borgo Pio is in! They will be making the white cassocks for the Conclave. Mancinelli made cassocks for the last three popes and was then asked to make the small, medium, and large white cassocks that will be in the Room of Tears when the new pope is elected. This is arguably one of my favorite stories. Drew Fortescue made his NHL debut at MSG for #NYR tonight, and he is going to sleep in his childhood bedroom: “I’m going back home. I’ve been staying there — I have a hotel room, but I’ve been going home most of the time. Just gonna be able to hangout with my parents, this is the most I’ve been home and honestly, the practice facility is the closest rink to my house probably. So, pretty lucky and special to be here and being that close to home and being able to stay there is — it’s really special.”

Justin Bieber Is Healing & Working Through His Trauma So Back Off! I kept tabs on Justin Bieber over the weekend and it’s obvious he’s working through his trauma and PTSD. This is called the healing process. In this Insta live he did the other night, he talked about his anxiety and how he’s uncomfortable.👇🏻 We know Justin was a victim of abuse by Diddy and most likely many others — to what extent is his story to tell. See my below post.👇🏻 He most likely has or will testify in secret grand jury hearings and that alone is beyond stressful and an awful thing to have to go through. Also, every time a Diddy story breaks in the news, it most likely triggers him, and it doesn’t help that there are most likely many Diddy pals threatening him and/or trying to harm and possibly even kill him. Diddy’s upcoming May trial will be an extremely difficult time period for him and all of Diddy’s victims. He needs love, support and prayers! On a side note, I’m VERY disappointed to see a lot of so-called MAGA influencers posting really ignorant and uncompassionate tweets about him. I’m keeping an eye on all of you and shame on all you ignorant fools!

And if he’s so intelligent, he would have figured that out and would have his own alternative sources of information. So I’m not willing to say that if he only knew, he wouldn’t be making these mistakes. I think he probably does have some sense. He cannot possibly be unaware that in Russia there are massive queues of people trying to buy gas and that people can’t go to Crimea for summer. I suspect he is probably threatening most of his military leadership with prison, execution, or dismissal. But so far, all they seem able to do is increase their attacks on Ukrainian civilian targets.

Easton Cowan says he didn’t watch much of him over the last few years, but since the start of this year, after watching a lot of NHL playoffs, he’s been looking up to Brandon Hagel as the type of player he wants to be and is drawing inspiration from his game. “Yeah, I mean, he’s a rat, he plays hard and makes plays all over the place. In college basketball this season we’ve seen a ton of impressive scoring performances but tonight JUCO product Jemel Jones was just playing out of his mind The 6’5 junior at Cal State Bakersfield just went off for 48 points in only 27 minutes! Jemel had 48 points 3 rebounds 3 assists 14-23 FG 6-11 3PT 14-17 FT Jemel did all of this while coming off the bench and not even playing the most minutes in his team Jemel had multiple 40+ performances at the JUCO level last year, even if it was D2 JUCO his insanely efficient mid range scoring translated and now he’s showcasing his scoring ability at the D1 level Ridiculous performance (TicKet)
