A Ukrainian MilTech company, Wild Hornets, shared details about a Ukrainian hunter drone, STING. The Wild Hornets team worked on STING for over a year. As of now, STING interceptors have already shot down more than 3,000 such targets. STING is a fast and maneuverable drone that can be deployed in 15 minutes and launched from any flat surface. It intercepts targets at distances of up to 25 km and can return if the target is not detected or already destroyed. Source: X / Wild Hornets

Thanks to Ukrainian pilots, dozens of jet-powered Shaheds have already been intercepted by interceptor STING drones 🚀 However, russia plans to increase the share of jet-powered Shaheds to 50% of all Shahed deployments. This marks another shift in enemy tactics and a new challenge for Ukraine’s air defense. Wild Hornets, together with Ukrainian servicemen, is already working on the solution — STING 2.0. Stay tuned. More to come 😉

Hi Fox News — small clarification. We appreciate that international media such as FOX News highlight the effective work of interceptor drones. The footage shown in this segment features STING — a Ukrainian interceptor drone developed by engineers at Wild Hornets and used by Ukrainian air defense units to destroy Shahed-type drones. This result is the outcome of a long and difficult path taken by Wild Hornets engineers together with Ukrainian soldiers, and we would be grateful if these achievements remained properly credited. We also deeply appreciate all the support we receive and are very grateful for the trust people place in our work. You can see more interception footage and feedback from Ukrainian soldiers on our page. More about STING:

Wild Hornets’ STING is the most effective interceptor drone by the number of Shaheds and Gerberas destroyed for five months in a row 🔥 According to official data, STING leads in successful interceptions of Shahed-type enemy targets. The combat work of the units, their constant feedback, and the work of Wild Hornets engineers allow the interceptors to become even more effective. Thank you all for your support, especially this week. We see everything and truly appreciate it!

Wild Hornets, the manufacturer of the interceptor STING, is launching its own private air defense unit 🔥 The Ministry of Defense has issued an order granting private air defense status to Wild Hornets — specifically to its anti-Shahed unit, Night Hornets, which already has significant combat experience and dozens of targets downed. Starting today, we are building our own anti-drone air defense network. It will include remote control centers, a network for remote drone launches based on Hornet Vision Ctrl technology, and field positions. We will not sell “facility protection” services. The operations of our private air defense unit will be funded by profits from drone sales. Night Hornets will operate wherever protection from russian attack drones is needed — as part of Ukraine’s overall air defense system. Our crews already go on combat duty alongside the military every day. The unit has destroyed more than 50 Shaheds, including jet-powered ones. The unit includes Wild Hornets instructors and test pilots. Among them are guys who started from scratch at the company and grew into top instructors, as well as veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war with real combat experience. The unit has destroyed most of its targets using our remote interceptor control technology — Hornet Vision Ctrl. Now, this effort is scaling up. Night Hornets crews will carry out combat missions under the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We develop technologies, manufacture interceptors, train pilots — and now we ourselves are becoming part of the system that protects Ukrainian skies. Including the skies over Kyiv. We develop technologies that work. And we use them ourselves to protect our country.

Ukrainian drones are now autonomously intercepting Shaheds. A BRAVE1 developer has created a tech that automates 95% of the interception process—from launch to target destruction. The system successfully completed its combat trials in the Kharkiv region. The operator simply selects the target, and the drone autonomously tracks and neutralizes it. It took less than a year to get from prototype to real-world deployment. We are scaling autonomous defense tech to rewrite the rules of modern air defense.

Operating a Sting interceptor drone, I downed 3 enemy aerial targets in one day: a Shahed and two Gerberas. Three launches — three kills. This is part of a broader idea: involving non-mobilized citizens in air defense. I went through the full training myself — from FPV schools (Kruk, Wild Hornets) to field practice with top pilots. We already have the technology. What we need are more pilots. Ready to share experience — up to 60% of the skills can be learned at home. Recruitment is open. Also submitted my first bill to improve air defense at the legislative level. Special thanks to the Wild Hornets team — now the #1 system in interceptions (600+ hits/month). More to come. Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦

❗️Onboard video from a 🇺🇦Ukrainian B-2 strike drone captures its flight over Russian military supply routes: the appearance of the drone distracts drivers and causes a traffic accident, after which it flies directly over a mobile air defense position that fails to shoot it down, and crashes into the windshield of a Russian military truck.

Russians shot down a Russian drone for 10 million rubles ($94,300) after mistaking it for a Ukrainian drone. Russian "Z-blogger" Olga Kurlaeva published a post yesterday in which soldiers of the Belgorod territorial defense forces from the BARS detachment allegedly fired at a Ukrainian Furia reconnaissance UAV. But later, other 'Z-bloggers' found out that it was a friendly drone of soldiers from the Russian North grouping of troops, which cost more than 10 million rubles. Kurlaeva deleted her post.

In total, the terrorists have already launched at least 1961 "Shaheds" against Ukraine, and a significant number of them have been shot down. Unfortunately, not all of them. We are working to shoot down more – to shoot down as many as possible. We are working to have more air defense systems. In particular, this is a task for each of our ambassadors, all representatives of Ukraine. Everyone must work for the victory, for the protection of life. The lives of people and the protection of our beautiful Ukraine! 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
