with the dance and as well as with the entire series, Roxana is there because these two put her there and so she manipulates them into focusing on one another so that she may not longer be a target. and it works so well that she becomes collateral damage to their attraction.

Roxana then, instead of accepting her situation as the forgotten one, takes back the reins and tears them apart in the process. She did that in the dance as well as in the finale. My god this scene (the entire show) is a gift that keeps on giving.

I can’t tell you how my heart shattered when teddy got killed. I was hoping they would end up together. Their attraction both emotionally and physically was just ughhhh I wanted them to be together so bad 😭😭😭

Some might find it easy to hate Roxana but as deplorable as her actions are, I know that she is alone, trying to get revenge for the murder of her father as well as trying to survive the machinations of dangerous powerful men.

She's just doing what everyone else is doing and I love it! When do we get to see women in male dominated fields? No seriously, I'd rather have her be a fully realised human and doing whatever is necessary to save herself than her getting the typical damsel treatment.

I don’t feel like Pine is attracted to him or loves him. I just think he feels very protective over Teddy. Teddy clearly is attracted to him and understands Pine is not in love with him but share an emotional bond. Making it more complex and great TV

Your feelings don't matter because the writer and the director and the actors have all confirmed that they're sexually attracted to one another, that Pine didn't pretend to be queer and that they fell in love. And I don't know how you can come to any other conclusion.

And that’s where the scene becomes more than just a romantic moment. There’s something almost uncomfortable about watching someone realize they’re being looked at in a completely different way. The line “Because I like it” is so simple, but it changes the energy of the entire exchange. That’s the kind of confidence that either makes a moment incredibly attractive… or incredibly awkward.
