Nobody buys your "we will all fall into Dickensian poverty" nonsense. People who support weal taxes do so out of envy and a sense of injustice, not because they fear destitution.

There’s nothing stopping you and your pal @GaryLineker paying more tax. There’s instructions on the HMRC website. You can make a bank transfer to reduce the national debt directly! So why don’t any of you do it??? 🤔

Pretty confident what's going to happen is that Burnham will test our current big state, high spending model to destruction and we'll be forced into savage cuts. Possibly with strikes, protests, riots etc. PLP will implode. From whence hopefully a new era of economic growth will be born. But we are going to have to go through the crisis first.

Stop virtue signalling and fucking pay more tax TODAY. When you've paid it - post up your return on here for all of us to see. If you can't do this then shut the fuck up.

Yes: the (upper) middle class have been scammed to suicide everybody! How: 401k's & other public pension schemes are legally blocked from being leveraged & used as collateral for Bank loans! While REALLY rich people can even obtain loans in their non-public stocks: Unfair? Yes!

You may not want to tax them but they exist for this very reason, to protect the upper classes - and are paid handsomely. The lower middle classes didn't care about the issues affecting the working class/poor because it didn't affect them. Now their lunch money is being stolen.

Speak more to the money we printed to save rich peoples assets and the interest that we'll pay on that forever.. In a crisis you shouldn't get bailed out fully or receive the full rent for your property whilst the gov goes into ridiculous debt.. you have to take a major haircut

You are a danger to ordinary people, you advocate for a tax that has failed 100% of the time. Why? Because you believe in this shit like a religion. Please do fuck off you idiot.

Yes. But not for the reasons you outline here. They are all owned by the oligarchs. It's all a pantomime.

The middleclass read the same economic theories in their late teens, as the centrists, and most of them work indirectly for the very rich. Especially when the richest hoard the most wealth, and need people to manage handle their assets.
