Some great points. As someone who has done some research in this area, I agree most people don't need to worry about the interference effect. Some might be interested in ways to maximise the best of both worlds, but at the end of the day, you can still make great gains doing both.

Here's what has worked for me. I do cardio in a separate session from my weight lifting session. I also eat well and sleep well. I've noticed consistent muscle growth and cardiovascular endurance improvements too. Cardio doesn't kill gains!!!

Don’t know why science based lifting gets hated on when all it does is provide proof for what works best

How do you determine how much cardio you need per day, per week- and what type of cardio you need? Can you do several days worth of cardio in one day to open up time through the week for heavier training or just time for recovery or yourself?
