Seen Hugo when he was still with Voyage. Best Journey tribute band I have ever heard. Hes been doing this a long time. Very talented.

No, this guy is just a guest singer. They’ve been doing lately to give their current singer a rest between songs as he has stated he doesn’t want to do it for much longer. Their last show is coming up here soon. You’ll see a lineup change I guarantee in the new year.

This is Journey's new singer. He came from a Journey Tribute Band. I am not sure if this guy is good enough for the Legions ... This is one of the best bands ever! He has some big task ahead ... I hope he pulls it iff, but I am doubtful ... sorry!

Grok answered it correctly. Hugo is the frontman from a Journey tribute band. Helped on a couple of songs in Japan. I saw them in June and Arnel goes off stage for 3-5 songs which he doesn’t sing. Dean and the other keyboard player(not Cain) handled the vocals for those songs.
