Will Joe still go through with the adoption after this? #Emmerdale

I love this duo! Graham is such a cool character and as much as we love to hate Joe...deep down he's a lost, spoilt little boy who needs Graham's guidance. These two are just one of the reasons Emmerdale is such a fab watch!

Did I miss the scene when Joe went to court to get a court order saying that he has parental rights? Because there isn’t a marriage certificate or a birth certificate so he has no legal rights to the baby. The baby’s next of kin is her family not him or his family.
