I remember when CM Punk was doing talking smack and Seth Rollins was pestering him for a match. Seth tweeted out something like "why wouldn't you want to wrestle the best wrestler in the world" And CM Punk replied "will osprey?"

This is the only fair reason I’ve heard anyone to have beef with CM Punk.
