Why declare a national emergency if you are going to allow the electronic voting machines? It makes NO sense! PAPER BALLOTS AND HAND COUNTING IS THE ONLY WAY!

The point would be to pause the entire thing to make sure there are no machines, mail in ballots and have voter id, hand count overseen by the military as we the people count.
