Damascus should relax it's demands on fronts that aren't strategic including local adminstration but try to retain defence, communications and external affairs for now. Internal security also is better left with SDF.

Neither HTS nor SDF are elected. There is no real Syrian state at the moment. Kurds should get autonomy and a fair share of resources. Arabs need to stop crying day and night about Gaza and instead look to how they treat their own minorities.
