Will Smith is reportedly being sued for sexual harassment and wrongful termination by his former tour violinist. On Tuesday (Dec. 30), Brian King Joseph filed suit against the Philadelphia rapper-actor in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, NBC News reports. Joseph claims he was hired in November... of 2024 to play on Will's Based on a True Story album and to appear on the Based on a True Story: 2025 Tour. However, according to the suit, Joseph experienced a “traumatic series of events” while on tour with Will in Vegas in March of 2025. Joseph claims Will's team lost his bag, which contained his hotel key. Joseph later discovered someone had been in his room. He also found evidence of "a sexual threat of violence" in the form of a note that read: “Brian, I’ll be back… just us." The musician also claims he found other items that were not his, including a bottle of HIV medication and hospital discharge papers, and he feared an unknown person would return to his room to engage in sex acts. The suit goes on to claim that Joseph was terminated by a member of Will's management team a few days following the incident, after being shamed and told he was making the story up. As a result, Joseph claims he suffered “PTSD and other mental illness as a result of the termination.” Will's attorney, Allen B. Grodsky, vehemently denied the allegations in a statement to People. “Mr. Joseph’s allegations concerning my client are false, baseless, and reckless,” Grodsky's statement reads. “They are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light.” Will Smith has yet to personally address the claims.show more

A Ghanaian resident in South Africa has alleged that he was subjected to a xenophobic attack by some South Africans, resulting in the destruction of his car and other personal belongings, as well as the theft of money from his room. According to him, his child had been admitted to a hospital due to illness, and he spent the day there attending to the child. Tommy's explanation is that all of the luxury accommodation and meals have been paid for. Of course, this falls apart when you realise that the problem is not just this trip, but that for years he has been asking his followers for donations then being seen in 5 star luxury resorts. Or that he has been wearing clothing and shoes all worth thousands of dollars. Or that he has often being fundraising on false pretences to begin with, with claims that he was going to use funds to "fight" his contempt of court case only to plead guilty, or fundraising on the back of claims that he was in jail for "telling the truth" (he wasn't). Or that in 2022 he himself told the court that he wasted £100k of his supporters donations on gambling, and more on "drinks, alcohol and partying." In my opinion, all of the victims of Tommy Robinson's scams should organise to take legal action. And he should face criminal charges. Using your followers online like this is degenerate filth.

On Tuesday (June 2), reports started circulating that the Memphis rapper was ordered to pay an Alabama promoter a $193,000 default judgment in connection with Finesse allegedly sending his brother to perform for him during a 2023 show in Alabama. Finesse has responded to the claims, saying he has no knowledge of the lawsuit and insists it's fake news. In March of 2023, Finesse was accused of sending someone else to perform in his place at a show in Huntsville. He denied claims that he tried to trick fans in a statement. He insisted the person performing was his opening act, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he was not able to take the stage.

They found Sleazy, born Joseph Isaac, not guilty of possession of a machine gun, but guilty of knowingly possessing a Romarm/Cugir 7.62x39mm pistol, according to court documents obtained by XXL. The case originated after SleazyWorld Go, who is barred from possessing firearms due to a 2016 robbery conviction in Michigan, was spotted on social media holding guns. An investigation was started in 2022 and police discovered over 30 posts showing Sleazy with guns over a two-year span. In October of 2022, he was arrested after agents tracked him to a Kansas City, Kan., townhome and witnessed him via binoculars handling a black handgun. When police arrived on the scene, they discovered four firearms in the vehicle Sleazy was standing next to. Following the verdict, Sleazy's management sent the following statement to local news station KCTV5: “Mr. Isaac respects the jury’s time and the court process. While he was found not guilty on several serious allegations, one count remains, and his legal team will be addressing it through post-trial motions. Outside of this matter, he remains focused on his family, his businesses, and continuing to give back to the community.” Sleazy is scheduled to be sentenced on June 30. He claims I put him under surveillance and also hacked him 24/7. He further claims that he reported the case to the Ghana Police Service at the time under the leadership of IGP Dampare. He alleges a cover-up by the Police. He further claims that to silence him, I ordered the assassination of his only brother. He says all of these happened in November 2023, a time when I was not a Minister for Communication as I am today and had no legal or official authority to place anyone under surveillance or cyber monitoring. These are grievous allegations with no basis or facts, and they impugn criminal action on my part. I have therefore lodged a formal complaint with the authorities and asked that the individual be invited to substantiate his claims in the interest of justice. For God and Country. 🦁🇬🇭

EXCLUSIVE: Canada Pauses Deportation of Trucker Jaskirat Sidhu, Who Killed 16 and Injured 13 Chris Joseph, father of Jaxon Joseph, whose life was lost along with 15 others in the Humboldt Broncos tragedy, says he will not stop his quest for justice and his fight to have the man responsible for the tragedy deported back to India, which was part of his sentence. “I honestly do feel like my son Jaxon would be right behind me saying, ‘Go get him, Dad,’” Joseph says, promising he will not stop until Jaskirat Sidhu is deported, after a federal court paused the deportation at the eleventh hour, when Sidhu was scheduled to be deported the next business day. “Being deported back to India, although not anybody’s favourite choice, is not a death sentence,” Joseph, the former NHL hockey player, says. “What we have is a death sentence,” he adds, pointing out that the last time he ran his fingers through his son’s hair was in a morgue. Joseph says Sidhu was ordered deported by everyone: the judge, the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Court of Appeal, and the CBSA, yet he is still fighting on humanitarian grounds to avoid being separated from his family in Canada. “His family can go to India with him. If my wife or I were deported, we’d be at each other’s side,” Joseph says, adding that forgiveness is irrelevant. “Deportation was part of his sentence. Forgiveness doesn’t mean he gets to be more special than any other criminal,” he says, emphasizing that people are deported every day for much less.
