Thanks, PlanC. Why would it surprise you if it hit 99.9 quantile this cycle when it has hit 99+ almost every prior cycle?

Sina said that, not me. I wouldn’t be surprised if we hit the 99.9 quantile on the new version of the Quantile Model—the targets look very realistic. That said, my base case is a peak somewhere between the 95th and 99.9th quantiles on the Quantile Model, which will be released soon.
