The real catalyst may not be the CLARITY Act itself. It’s what comes AFTER it. Regulatory certainty → institutional confidence → more capital → more products → broader adoption. For years, regulatory uncertainty has been one of crypto’s biggest discounts. Remove that discount and the entire market gets repriced. September could be much bigger than people think. 🇺🇸🚀
