Wardogs already said exploiting bugs is against the rules and can get you banned, even if you are a streamer. They also said something about streamers promoting exploits rather than bringing it to their attention? This seemed more like tutorials and "How to farm XP" guides. So honestly, a 1 off time, funny clip I assume is okay? But if you repeat it, you can get banned from what I can gather.

the downed guy was a good sports xD but also props to you to get out of your way and help this guy in the end, im glad the toxicity in this game is really low compared to other multiplayer titles, im at like 50 hrs played and only met 4 trolls and otherwise a few guys slurring

Nah, it's not infinite so just a funny bug (you get less cash and xp for each revive eventually going down to basically nothing)
