On the eye West Ham have been pants (West Ham fan) but the metrics completely go against this by far the most big chances created the joint lowest big chances conceded. That’s not getting away with it, long term if those metrics stay where they are they will dominate the league.

I do not care what anyone says he must be saying this just to get a reaction. Swansea did not do a thing when they played us, we could have scored atleast 3 more goals. We should be comfortably top, Charlton we missed a last min pen, Qpr again.

It's a good league, you're not gonna batter everyone and we're far from perfect. Still we've won playing poorly, smashed a couple of teams for 6, beat the league leaders away and are getting stronger, adapting to the league.

The thing is, apart from wrexham where west ham were playing like a cheat code, west ham have not played particularly well. Hes right to say they cant keep playing bad and winning. But equally they cant play bad like they have ALL season. If/when they do hit form, they be lethal.

Plenty of games we shouldn’t have won last season but found a way to grind out results and ultimately walk the league. If a team consistently wins games they’ve not played particularly well in it’s usually a sign that they’ll do alright.

Can tell Tom clearly didn’t watch the game if he thinks we should’ve lost.

The issue with the ‘they are only an injury or two away from disaster’ argument is that applies to every other side in the Championship, the vast majority are not on West Ham’s level in terms of first 11 quality.

I get what he’s saying, we do look bang average a lot of the time, but statistically we are far ahead of everyone even still.

What are they watching? No offense to these guys, but seriously what are they watching?

The critic is only looking at this one way. “They can’t keep getting away with this.” How about, when the club find top gear they won’t need to get away with anything as if they’re still picking up points when not playing great, who’s to say they won’t run away when playing well?

We haven't been good in most games but the quality in the squad has still been enough to get us through most games.
