@CraigDavid We ordered from pizza hut the other day and our food didn't turn up, the map only updated at about half 1am and said the food was delivered at 1:15, we requested a refund and your bot told us the food was delivered at 1:07am, this is a lie and is unacceptable.

@CraigDavid agree they are rubbish. I ordered an item for it not to come and they’re saying sorry based on my 1 star review and my order history (I’m a new customer) they won’t refund me. My order wasn’t a lot of money like most people on here, but wow! People are right you are thieves

@CraigDavid Awful customer service, items missing and make you wait days to say they've investigated and theres nothing they can do. What did you investigate? who did you speak to? what were there positions? where they just not sent or did the driver steal them? Incompetent or just liars?

@CraigDavid Wouldn’t trust using @JustEatUK I’ve just ordered @PapaJohns which are useless, ordered at 10pm and they have now pushed the arrival time to 00:20am - and it keeps going up 2HRS AND 20 MINUTES WAIT TIME atrocious and I have kids starving waiting for the food! FIX THIS NOW PLS!

How come your couriers keep just stealing the food and not coming to drop it off ? How come your AI chatbot isn't capable of dealing with this issue at all How come they see my message saying "Im waiting outside", they read it, then leave without dropping off the food ? Its this just theft by people wearing your company logo ?

@CraigDavid I need some actual help, I never received my food the other evening after waiting two hours for it they just delivered it to the wrong address and needed my code to drop it off not sure how that happened.

@CraigDavid Ordered 10 pack Coke Zero + 1 bag of carrots. Just Eat delivered only 6 pack Pepsi instead. Nearly half my items missing, claim declined, refund refused. After DM as told, all I got back was copy-paste “policy” replies.

@CraigDavid Hello I am trying to get you to give me a 26.58 refund for order 680487544. We never received our order and I took pictures like you asked of the water bottles and happy meals that you sent instead. We did not order those nor did we want them. We were credited only 7.58

@CraigDavid Don’t use @JustEatUK the drivers take your food, you report it right away (best you can as the app doesn’t have a NO FOOD DELIVERED/RECEIVED option) and after all the hassle of writing reports, waiting then you don’t get your money back for food you DID NOT RECEIVE.
