It's still in internal testing, and to be clear, this video is from a virtual machine, which is why it might feel slow. Surprisingly, Windows 10's explorer.exe still works in Windows 11 Version 26H1, albeit bit buggy (e.g., non-working Task View). When ran (11's explorer isn't running), it'll use the taskbar from Windows 10, more features than Windows 11's taskbar such as resizing and moving it.
