My coworkers could never believe what I did to remotely login to the computer lab at 300 baud. Using the cassette drive output to generate the tones for the acoustic modem. Loading a dumb terminal and jumping through the handshake hoops.

Hmm win 3.1 with CD rom drive...I never saw that. Not very common setup at least, so this is probably setup together later and combines elements from first multimedia era (win 95 and 98) and older floppy disk era, which was 3.1. @grok what do you say? 🤔
