Sorry Rod, what you’ve done is nothing short of brilliant, but they are your players. You signed them, it’s your responsibility to get the best out of them. 40 odd players in a season again! Publicly shaming players doesn’t sit right with me. Desperate times.

Video version of @EckhartAurelius's new poem, "Catharsis" This is truly worth watching!

Maybe try boost the players you’ve got rather than blasting them on social media and threatening to bring in players that will be no better. It’s not what we want to see. Take some accountability

We've had 3 must win games in a row and completely failed the test losing 2 and drawing 1, not good enough. 11 of last 14 games are against teams in the top half, get the ryman league boards ready.

Rod talks about having characters and yet he has had all summer and 32 games to find some. How exactly are they all going to suddenly appear with just 14 games to go?

Seems that the players are no longer playing for the manager.

Club should be looking at the academy section where players are desperate to play for the first team and more than capable to step up .

Having a go at players on social media surely does not need to happen after blasting them in the dressing room. Need to re-group for Saturday now. Us fans on the terraces will be looking for a reaction for sure. Coyws.

What do you expect when the whole team changes each season

Can’t keep signing more & more & more players until something sticks. Where will the money come from for another load of players?. It falls on the management team that this group are not listening to what is being asked of them. And that ends with the ultimate outcome

Absolutely bang on with what he says, but what are the solutions? 'Back to training on Thursday', with the same players? Howard and the scouting team should be working on new players tonight. And not ones from the cheap shelf of IKEA. Good players.
