I think this is a really good teaser! i have just a few small things to say I believe that something is up with Max's color. He is very pale looking. I believe that may have something to do with either the texture itself or the settings on Blender? unsure. Max could use a retopol! I see in his sprites sometimes his neck kinda gets this ugly clipping thing going on. I also believe there is something with the song that sounds weird. It's oddly empty in a way? it lacks the intensity I believe it should. Seriously do consider hitting me up though if you would like some extra help with modelling n stuff. I can direct you to my main and we could get a good thing going! :OX)
