As the lailatul Qadr is only one night and not two (Quran), it can be a odd night in Arab but an even night in India or Bangladesh. We can miss lailatul Qadr if we stick only to odd nights. Remember it is a odd night today and the Friday eve in Arab. Chances of lailatul Qadr are high. In the process of moon politics in Asian countries, we may error but that is our fault and God will not change lailatul Qadr for us.
